Inspired by his time at Casa Cacao, exploring mature Macallan stocks and indulgent chocolate notes, Macallan’s whiskey maker, Polly Logan, finds rare display casks.

Combining oak casks with the best American and European chocolates creates this exceptional single-malt whisky experience. Jordi helped us brew whiskey and chocolate in keeping with our longstanding cooperation with the Roca brothers. The first Macallan collection features The Harmony as ‘Rich Cacao’ and the second as ‘Fine Cacao.’

The first global travel retail edition of our sustainability journey, a limited annual release series, offers Macallan Harmony Fine Cacao, an all-natural formulation with a natural link. Rejuvenating the husks of discarded cacao pods and giving them a second life drives this innovation. Toward new packaging, and this became the inspiration for the whisky.
