A much-coveted ex-Sherripan and American and cask blender, Glen faddish Grand Cru are finished for five months in a combination of first-fill and second-birth oak casks re-melted to finish with notes of creamy vanilla, brioche, pear, and sorbet and white grape on the palate. It is served with freshly baked bread, apple blossom, and bitter lemon aromas.
Aroma: fruity and sharp; The sea urchin with hints of crushed cranberry, orange, and coriander are all aromas of mile contact.
Speed: Deep velvet, smooth, and very informative, so it is liked by many. Soft brown sugar.
