Macallan Edition No 1 is a limited-edition single-malt Scotch whisky produced by the legendary Macallan Distillery in Craigellachie, Scotland. The first Macallan Edition series was released in 2015, with only 15,000 bottles created. Macallan master whisky maker Bob Dalgarno and three renowned brothers from the world-famous El Celler de Can Roca restaurant in Girona created this masterpiece.

I use eight types of barrels, including European and American oak sherry casks, American oak ex-bourbon barrels, and hogshead pipes. Without chill filtration, Macallan Edition No.1 was 48% ABV. The final product bears a unique and remarkable flavor profile, full of notes of vanilla, dried fruit, and spices.
